Welcome to Indian & Sri Lankan Street Food Cafe
I’m Indumathi Balachandran, but most people know me simply as Indu. I live in Arnhem, Netherlands, with my husband and our two wonderful children. For over a decade, Arnhem has been our home, and it’s here that I’ve been able to share my greatest passion: cooking.
Cooking has been close to my heart for as long as I can remember, which inspired me to pursue a university education in culinary arts. I graduated with distinction in 2007, specializing in authentic Indian cuisine. Since then, I’ve turned my passion into a profession — running a cooking business in the Netherlands for the past seven years. In that time, I’ve had the joy of serving more than 2,000 happy customers, each experience motivating me to grow further.
